I view therapy as an in-depth conversation between two individuals in a non-judging, comfortable environment. My objective is to help you feel more liberated and confident in expressing your feelings without fear of judgment. Fostering a genuine, supportive, empathetic, and affirming relationship with my clients has helped them overcome many challenges. I view honesty, openness, and communication as key components of a therapeutic relationship.
