In 2017 three buddies found a space that would be available to open in 2019. Drawing inspiration from a eating and agave drinking quest in Oaxaca the seeds of Peacekeeper were planted. Two plus years of planning and dreaming and we happy opened our doors in April 2019. The rest they say is the future.
