We’ve been bringing plant-based Mexican cuisine to Atlanta since 2020, starting as a pop-up in an all-vegan outdoor market during that challenging COVID summer. We just wanted a place to eat vegan Mexican food, and Atlanta didn’t have that yet.
In 2023, we expanded with our food trailer, becoming a familiar sight at local events and festivals. This allowed us to share our vegan tacos with diverse neighborhoods across Atlanta, often at breweries.
Today, we operate from a pick-up window in the Chamblee-Doraville area, serving dinner Tuesday through Saturday, and lunch on Sunday. Our menu features plant-based versions of Mexican classics, from birria tacos to al pastor, all capturing the essence of traditional recipes without animal products.
We’re filling a gap in Atlanta’s food scene, offering Mexican flavors that are both authentic and compassionate. As we evolve, we remain committed to our original vision: bringing the vibrant taste of Mexico to Atlanta, one taco at a time.
