Started Coaching in the USCG as an Athletic Coach helping sailors and families stay fit. Fitness is more than just exercise, it starts in the kitchen I soon learned.
I began my Mindset and Psychology education journey to help uncover the reasons we do what we do.
It’s been over 25 years now, 1000’s of clients helped and we still growing and helping people learn how to complete what they start!
