I have expansive training and experience working with trauma, PTSD, mood and personality disorders, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideations, and self-harming behavior. My approach to therapy includes cognitive behavior therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, schema therapy, and other trauma-informed interventions. I am trained in the neurobiology of trauma and stress and empower clients to heal the mind-body disconnect that often creates barriers to progress in therapy. We will work together towards a path of healing in a safe, non-judgmental environment. Your journey. Your healing I am certified as a Clinical Trauma Provider (CCTP) . I utilize trauma focused interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotional Freedom Tapping (EFT), Schema Therapy, Inner Child Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. Approved as a Clinical Supervisor by the AZ Board of Behavioral Health. I create a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to engage in healing.
