I am a helper. I practice marriage & family therapy, mental health behavioral health counseling & relationship repair as a ministry. I will help you read the texts of your inner and external experiences; and give you the tools to change dysfunctional behaviors, engage in logical and rational thinking, regulate your emotions, and find the scared in the ordinary experiences of life. You are not alone. I will help you. I am a systemic pastoral psychotherapist. I create agency & communion by addressing & treating your self-care, your psychological state, your thought distortions, your emotional dysregulation, your maladaptable behaviors, social, and spiritual substance. The therapeutic experiences will promote healing beginnings and sustainable growth connections. I treat family relationships, marital and couple relationships, and most DSM 5 disorders. I offer premarital counseling and parent education. I supervise and train therapists. Whoever you are, wherever you are on your journey, you are welcome at the Family Ministry, the wisdom and power of faith.
