As a dedicated mental health therapist, I specialize in empowering women ages 18-65 to overcome challenges and achieve their mental health goals. My expertise includes helping clients set boundaries, process childhood trauma, improve communication skills, and boost self-esteem. I provide compassionate support for managing depression, anxiety, mood disorders, life stage issues, life transitions, and grief. Women seek my guidance to reclaim their narratives, enhance their personal and professional relationships, and navigate life’s changes with resilience. Together, we can foster growth, healing, and lasting positive change.
 I utilize a trauma informed focus in my therapuetic practice. I also engage clients in cognitive behavioral therapy, talk therapy, person centered therapy, and solution focused approaches. However therapy is not one size fits all. Collaboration between the client and therapist is essential to identifying the best course of treatment for the client’s goals. This is an all virtual practice. Reaching out for therapy can be frightening especially during this time but is also a sign of strength and the first step toward growth.
