Hello, my name is Tanya and I use neurodiverse affirming, culturally responsive and holistic therapeutic models that prioritize healing to navigate belonging, collective identity, and emotional enlightenment as we age. My vision of social work and therapy is that it nurtures community-centered mental health and aging support through storytelling, holistic healing, and creativity.

“Healing is communal, not just clinical.” I am a social worker, a pet mom and researcher who focuses on building and sustaining communities through culturally responsive care models, mutual aid practices, and narrative inquiry. I’m also a gamer, from video games to tabletop RPGs and I have found true joy can happen when you play the right game with the right people, and the right therapist.
