Hello, my name is Jamila Johnson, MA, LPC, NCC. I am an independently licensed clinical therapist with SpaTherapy. As a cognitive-behavioral therapist, I provide comprehensive counseling, diagnosis and treatment for mood and personality disorders, anxiety and trauma, substance abuse and life coaching, career counseling and life skills for adults. I also work with individuals in need of parenting, domestic violence, anger management, and self-esteem counseling. I utilize evidence based therapeutic techniques in CBT and other theraputic modalities to help client’s reach a level of acceptance and balance to be able to manage life without becoming overwhelmed by it.
