I am fully committed to providing psychotherapy to adults who are grappling with depression, anxiety, and trauma. Additionally, I offer psychedelic integration therapy to adults who have had non-ordinary experiences from psychedelics, ketamine, plant medicines, meditation and breathwork. My approach is integrative, drawing upon various modalities of therapy and therapeutic interventions such as EMDR, IFS, Ecotherapy, Organic Intelligence (OI), Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy, as well as mindfulness and somatic-based practices. I am licensed to provide therapy in Arizona and in Colorado. Please know at this time, I am seeing clients on Fridays and Saturdays.
