Hello. My name is Sheree Garland, and I am a licensed Professional Counselor in Arizona. My approach to therapy is client centered. I collaborate with my client to create therapeutic process tailored to their unique needs. My focus areas of practice are anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship, and work stress. The most common theoretical approaches that I use in my therapy sessions are CBT, Motivational Interviewing and Solution- Focused Therapy. My client focus are adults. I am most comfortable treating clients dealing with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, self-esteem, relationship issues, and life stressors.
I offer a safe, empathic space and judgment free zone where my clients can begin to process and take back control of their lives. I believe in empowerment. Together, we can work toward positive change and personal growth.
I deeply understand the importance of mental health and I’m passionate about advocating for its accessibility to everyone. Helping others and witnessing their growth and success is incredibly fulfilling, and I am committed to providing support that empowers individual to thrive.
