My treatment approach is grounded in a combination of lived experience, extensive education, and postgraduate training. This blend of knowledge has shaped the inner wisdom I bring to my work, guiding clients toward clarity, emotional intelligence, and deeper self-awareness. Together, we engage in a curious and compassionate exploration of the self and the ways our past may be shaping our present. I am analytical in nature but do offer somatic experiences in session, as I believe the body-mind connection is paramount.

 You might be wondering what type of therapy I offer. The answer depends on who you are and what you need. Some of my go-to approaches include relational, attachment-based, EMDR, ACT, solution-focused, CBT, and prolonged exposure therapy for PTSD. Together, we’ll identify the goals that matter most to you and move through them at your pace. Starting therapy is a brave step, and I’m here to support you.
