The Salt & Fire Experience is a private chef and catering service led by Chef Brandon King, a Le Cordon Bleu graduate with over 17 years of experience. Serving California and Las Vegas, we create unforgettable dining experiences with a focus on hospitality, flavor, and customization. Here at Salt & Fire, we specialize in Southern, Cajun/Creole, BBQ, Italian, Seafood, and Modern American cuisine—each dish crafted with passion and plated with care. Whether it’s an intimate dinner, a wedding, a pop-up, or a cooking class, every event is infused with bold flavor and a personal touch that sets us apart.
After spending 17 years working in upscale dining establishments, I made the decision to impart my own culinary passion into recipes by sharing ones of my own creation. My desire is to introduce individuals to the food that I enjoyed during my upbringing. As a child, my father frequently took me fishing and camping. I fondly recall the uncomplicated joy of sitting by the water’s edge with a fire crackling nearby, watching as my father would season a piece of meat with salt and cook it over the flames to perfection. Thus, it seemed fitting to christen my catering venture “Salt & Fire.”
