Currently Accepting New Clients. Welcome! I have over 20 years of professional experience in mental health counseling. I work with adults and teenagers (13+). If you are experiencing depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, anger, substance addiction, adjusting to physical disabilities or chronic illness, a major life change, racial identity issues, work or school challenges, and problems in relationships with family or friends, I would love to be the one to help. My approach is to make all experiences unique and individual-specific, while incorporating motivational interviewing, DBT, CBT, ACT, and Supportive-Talk Therapy. I am a gender affirming therapist and work well with the LGBTQIA+ community. I recently moved to Arizona from New York. I graduated from New York University with a master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling. I am easy to talk to and offer a non-judgmental atmosphere to open up. I’m looking forward to meeting you and working together.
