Rachel’s Caribbean Cuisine has been in the making for a little over five years. As a young child growing up on a Farm in Haiti I was able to follow the footsteps of my mother, who truly loved cooking for her family and her surrounding neighbors. When my family came to the U.S. in 1986, my mother continued her love for cooking and allowed me to continue to develop mine. While growing up I was able to travel parts of the world and incorporate various spices and flavors from diffrent regions to my cooking. I took my mother’s old recipes, combined them with my passion and joy for cooking and shared it with others around me. Now I would like to share my passion and joy for Caribbean cooking with you!
