Henry opened his first eatery in New Orleans in 1985. After a successful run in the French Quarter, Henry picked up and moved to Colorado to enjoy the mountains. After a decade of working in food and liquor sales in Denver he became tired of constantly searching for authentic creole food from the Bayou. Henry finally cut the cord and opened his own traditional New Orleans style bar/restaurant. Come down to Nola Voodoo Tavern and save yourself a trip to New Orleans!
