Hi, I’m Noel Frazier! I specialize in supporting clients through life stressors and dealing with social and emotional challenges that impact their daily living. With a deep passion for helping individuals develop tools to reduce symptoms related to anxiety, depression and PTSD. My work is anchored in client centered treatment. My philosophy when working with individuals, couples and families is to treat the whole person from a holistic perspective. My goal is to assist in providing and identifying the tools and resources needed for client’s to live a healthy and balanced lifestyle. As a social worker my role is to support and enhance an individual’s overall wellbeing. My philosophy or approach is to work with the whole individual to promote balance; mentally, physically, spiritually & emotionally. Areas of expertise include; anxiety, depression, substance use, stress reduction, self-care modalities, and crisis intervention.
