Life has hard moments and sometimes we get stuck there. I’d be happy to help you through those hard moments. I’m Nicole, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Arizona. Depression? Anxiety? Mood issues? Life stressors? Interpersonal relationships? Life transitions? Don’t worry! We all experience these issues at some point in life. You don’t have to do it alone. I am passionate about helping people move from being stuck to being successful in every area of their lives. Through your healing journey, we will walk through the process together. I provide a safe space for you to be your authentic self. I offer a no judgment zone providing you the ability to grow into the best version of yourself. I operate from a faith-based approach providing coping skills and Biblical principles for future success. I understand that taking a step towards addressing difficult life issues can be scary.
