NeuroCatalyst Academy (NCA) exists to provide a culturally affirming, academically rigorous learning environment for Black and Brown children—particularly those who are neurodivergent, including students with ADHD and autism. Our vision is to create a school designed for our children, with our children in mind—where identity, creativity, and neurodiversity are celebrated, not suppressed.

NCA rejects Eurocentric, one-size-fits-all instructional models. Instead, we elevate student voices, honor cultural identity, and empower children to flourish as confident, capable learners
