My name is Ndolia Schild and I am a licensed therapist in the state of AZ I understand that embarking on a journey of self-improvement can be challenging. My therapeutic services are designed to provide compassionate support as we work together to address areas such as career development, relationships, personal growth, and overall well-being. I am committed to using a variety of tools and techniques to help you navigate life’s challenges, acquire new skills, and boost your self-confidence.
I frequently employ Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my sessions. In our initial meeting, we’ll discuss your reasons for seeking therapy and identify the best methods to help you move forward. Through CBT, we’ll examine how your thoughts influence your emotions and experiences. I’ll guide you in challenging those thoughts to improve your feelings.
I help clients dealing with depression, anxiety, life changes, and eating disorders. In our first sessions, we’ll thoroughly explore these issues and develop a plan to tackle them.
