Born and raised in Louisiana I wanted to pay respect to my roots by opening a Po Boy shop here in KC that’s influenced by my creative passion for food and people. Mudbugs is not a replica of something you can find in New Orleans. It is Kansas City’s very own special Po Boy shop.
