I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Certified Personality Disorder Treatment Provider (C-PD), as well as a Certified Mood Disorder Professional (CMDP). I specialize in woman’s issues, life transitions, as well as working with individuals who are diagnosed with personality disorders, mood disorders, trauma, anxiety, depression (as well as treatment resistant depression), suicidal and self-harming behaviors. I’m committed to helping individuals learn how to start, or get back to, living their best life. Our work will focus on targeting ineffective behaviors and habits while decreasing negative symptoms and increasing overall functioning. I collaborate with my clients using my training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) as as well as mindfulness to promote insight and regulation. I will hold compassionate, knowledgeable, and supportive space which will help you to express, explore, and work through deeply held feelings and gain clarity and insight into critical areas of your life. I have 15+ years of experience working with teens, adults of all ages, within their communities, as well as in private practice and outpatient practices.
