Hello, I’m Mercy, a mother and a wife. Life is a continuous journey that has no end until we take our last breath! While we partake in this journey, it is well known that it can be challenging. However, one has the power to ease the pain associated with this journey through understanding when help is needed, seeking the help, and being open to accepting the support. I will also apply CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) with solution-focused techniques to help guide your mental and behavioral health journey to ensure a brighter future.
