My own journey toward self-understanding led me to study psychology, work with experienced therapists and Ph.D.’s, and embrace personal growth. Through this process, I found healing—an experience that fuels my passion for guiding others toward clarity, resilience, and well-being.

 My approach is client-centered, optimistic, and strength-based. I focus on instilling hope and helping individuals lead self-directed, fulfilling lives. I tailor treatment to each person’s unique needs and cultural background, creating a safe, collaborative space where you can build on your strengths and move toward your goals. I specialize in trauma, grief and bereavement, anxiety, depression, and mindfulness-based healing. I am culturally sensitive and committed to creating an inclusive, supportive environment where all clients feel heard and respected.
