Marjorie began in Belltown in 2003 as a small independent restaurant with a big emphasis on using high quality ingredients, supporting local farmers and purveyors of delicious ingredients and creating a warm and inviting environment, in which to enjoy a lovingly prepared meal. With the Belltown building sale forcing a move, owner, Donna Moodie embraced an opportunity to relocate to Capitol Hill, where the same concept with a few new faces and ideas thrives. Marjorie remains a cozy, independent neighborhood restaurant with globally inspired, creative cuisine, crafted cocktails, a richly elegant, yet funky decor and a very warm welcome.
