Dr. Marcus Young is a dedicated and experienced general dentist at Tempe Smiles in Tempe, AZ. With 18 years of experience, he is committed to providing high-quality dental care with a focus on dental implants, crowns and bridges, and Invisalign® clear aligners.
Originally from Syracuse, NY, Dr. Young has called Scottsdale, AZ, home for over eight years. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Morehouse College. He then attended Syracuse University where he earned a Master’s degree in Neuroscience before pursuing his Doctor of Dental Surgery at NYU College of Dentistry. Always striving for excellence, he continues to expand his knowledge as an active member of the Spear Study Club.
Dr. Young takes great pride in building relationships with his patients and ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for. “I really enjoy working with people. I care about my patients and oftentimes make myself available after hours for any questions or concerns,” he shares.
When he’s not helping patients achieve healthy smiles, Dr. Young enjoys staying active and traveling. A passionate soccer fan, he loves watching matches with friends and is an avid member of OrangeTheory Fitness. He lives in Scottsdale with his wife, Angela, and their two children, Nelson and Natalie.
