Our food truck specializes in traditional Gullah style foods like red rice, shrimp, fish, southern style macaroni and cheese, meatloaf burgers, shrimp and grits, shrimp Po’boys with house made remoulade sauce and house made tarter sauce. We also have homemade cakes and pies and our famous peach cobbler bread pudding.
