I have a strong passion for helping others and specifically helping my clients get to the root of their problems. I have been a practicing therapist for 10 years now and love it! I would be honored to join you on your road to healing, self-discovery, overcoming, triumph and more at Get To The Root Counseling. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate, judgement free, and inviting environment where you can be yourself while achieving anything you desire. I will meet you right where you are in the process as we begin your journey and start to pull up your burdens from the root so that they no longer have power over your life. I believe in helping you get to the root of your stressors, obstacles, burdens, patterns, or concerns. During this process we will get to understand your “why” and learn to change unhealthy thinking, habits, or behaviors. We will also create space to heal from pain, loss, heartache, rejection, trauma, and more. Your reason for seeking counseling matters and is unique to your life’s story.
