I am passionate about helping individuals find healing, clarity, and renewed strength in the face of life’s challenges. I specialize in working with women, caregivers, pastors, corporate leaders, and individuals who have experienced trauma. Whether you’re navigating depression, anxiety, or the lasting impact of trauma, I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space to explore your experiences and empower growth. I want you to feel seen, heard, and experience the peace that surpasses all understanding.

 My approach is grounded in trauma-informed care, recognizing the profound impact that past experiences can have on our present functioning. I integrate a variety of evidence-based modalities tailored to each person’s unique needs, drawing from approaches such as EMDR, DBT, CBT, mindfulness, and strengths-based techniques. I believe healing happens in connection with ourselves and with others. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you uncover resilience, develop healthier coping strategies, and move toward a more fulfilling life. Being a wounded Healer myself, I want to help you not to bleed on to the ones that you were assigned to on your wellness journey. I am here.
