Crawfish fettuccine, Potato Salad Red Beans & Rice and More! Just ask Party packages are available for groups of 50 to 300+ people. We have a minimum for catering.

Catering Services
Our Service includes the following:
50% Deposit
We arrive 2-3 hrs. early to set up.
Final Payment is due at the time of set up.
We need access to a water spigot with potable water.
All your tables are covered in colorful plastic covers with Mardi Gras beads.
All boil items are cooked on site.
We cook in traditional crawfish pots so we can alter the spices if you want it spicier in a single or multiple pots.
Seafood, sausage and vegetables are cooked in separate pots to appease seafood allergies and vegetarians.
We can serve in the traditional “pour it on the table style” or as a buffet.
We clean the tables throughout the party. We clean until all crawfish has been cooked
