Having been in the field of behavioral health and counseling for 14 years I can understand that we all experience trauma and severe life stressors’ that leave us feeling stuck and hopeless. I am a holistic counselor, providing evening and weekend in person-centered approach in treatment. I understand how to guide you through the healing process by treating the whole person, mind-body, and spirit.
