I hold an LPC and LISAC license and have 20-plus years of experience working within the behavioral health and substance abuse field. Using a client-centered approach, I have worked with individuals and families utilizing therapeutic modalities of CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, DBT, Brief Solution Focused Therapy, and EMDR

 My practice is centered on supporting those grappling with trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, male issues and racial identity.
