Jerry Andrews – Marriage & Family Therapist, LMFT, LISAC

Jerry Andrews is a Licensed Marriage, Family, and Child Therapist, as well as a Licensed Independent Substance Abuse Counselor. He has a Masters degree in Counseling with an emphasis on Marriage, Family, and Child. His experience in behavioral health began in the mid 1990’s, holding positions such as: group home staff worker for troubled youth, case manager for the severely mentally ill population, and site manager/director for a psychiatric outpatient mental health facility. These roles have helped strengthen what Mr. Andrews offers as a therapist, and have allowed him to approach each case in a comprehensive manner. I use a Brief Solution Focused Approach, meaning when I work with couples/families/individuals, I work within the context of the system (the family). Over the years, I have found this approach to be very effective, as establishing supports, resources and positive change leads to successful outcomes in treatment. In an effort to keep you and your family and our community safe (COVID-19) we are converting all in office visits to virtual appointments via telephone or video conference. Please let me know your preference in advance of your scheduled appointment. Reminder my goal is to be as accessible to you and your famly, and as flexible as possible with scheduling.
