Welcome to a space of healing and growth. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a passion for helping adult individuals with navigating their journey through anxiety, depression, and trauma. I believe in creating a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions, fostering self-discovery and personal growth. My specialization lies in working with adult clients who have experienced various forms of trauma, including but not limited to: Complex Trauma, Childhood Trauma, PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder), and Interpersonal Violence. In our sessions, we will collaboratively explore your past experiences, current challenges, and future aspirations. Together, we will build resilience, coping strategies, and empower you to reclaim control over your life. I am here to support you on your journey towards healing and self-discovery.
