I offer individual therapy to aid you in managing conflict and hardships and to help you thrive in the face of adversity. We all need a safe, supportive space where we can express our worries as well as our goals and triumphs. I will help guide you towards mental wellness in order to help you reach your full potential. Managing issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma alone is not easy. I will help you build upon the strengths and coping skills you already have to successfully resolve these challenges. I will also teach you how to reconstruct your thoughts and regulate your emotions so that you can feel more in control and thus live a happier and healthier life. I know that sharing your most personal thoughts and feelings can seem scary at first. I will provide you with a safe, relaxed, and non-judgmental space where you will feel understood and valued.
