I understand that coming to therapy can be challenging and scary. Knowing this, I work to provide a safe and welcoming environment that allows my clients a safe space to openly express themselves freely. Through psycho-education and different treatment modalities, I work to help clients learn healthy therapeutic techniques to manage their emotions in a healthy manner. I work to help my clients identify their strengths and develop healthy lifestyles. I believe assisting clients in identifying their strengths is a step in helping clients become the best version of themselves. I have an extensive amount of experience working with children, adolescents, young adults and adults. My experience has provided me the opportunity to gain knowledge in the areas of anxiety, depression, self-esteem, PTSD, trauma, grief/loss, and OCD. Other areas of interests I have gained experience in include life transitions and relationships. I look forward to meeting with you and working with you, and working with and assisting you in becoming the best version of yourself.
