I strongly value your role as the expert in your own life and emphasize your strengths in order to build confidence in overcoming life’s hurdles. I strive to create a space that is both safe and inviting as we walk through the ups and downs of life together. I am a Licensed Master Social Worker currently offering in-person and virtual sessions at Road to Therapy. My experience includes working with a range of concerns such as depression, anxiety, trauma, self esteem, and life transitions. I use an integrative approach to tailor your care to your specific needs and the goals you have for your therapeutic journey. I utilize a range of modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and have experience working with both adults and teens.
