With a deep passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, she creates a safe, judgment-free space where clients can show up exactly as they are—no filters, no pressure, just real support. Specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief/loss, Ja’Nae has extensive experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults, guiding them toward healing and self-discovery. She holds a Clinical Mental Health Counseling degree and is a licensed associate counselor with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health. For Ja’Nae, counseling isn’t just about coping—it’s about truly seeing and understanding each person’s struggles, meeting them with compassion, and helping them find the strength to heal, grow, and move forward at their own pace.
