**Content:**

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have worked with various populations and have a diverse background. My experience includes working with pregnant moms, infant mental health, school age children, to people with trauma, crisis, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, chronic health concerns, and relationship problems. I use a positive and holistic approach to therapy. I think it is important to find balance in your life and it is important to meet you where you are at. I choose to implement a person-centered approach meaning: you are in charge, and we go at your speed, recognizing discomfort as part of change in therapy. My approach is focused on each client’s needs. My clients typically tell me how much better they feel after one session. My goal is to develop a foundation through rapport building to hear your story! It can feel uncomfortable sharing your story and being vulnerable. As we work together my goal is for us to build a therapeutic alliance. I look forward to meeting you in your therapeutic journey.
