I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with the Board of Behavioral Health Examiners in the state of Arizona. I vow to offer a safe space for you to share, be, and feel seen. I am person-centered and usually say that I have a trauma lens. Meaning, oftentimes we go through some hard stuff and may appear okay to the naked eye, but inside there’s so much anxiety and depression. My goal is to help you understand yourself, to normalize what you are experiencing, and to join you on a path to healing. There is life after trauma. Allow me to help you see that! Various approaches are not always one size fits. Naturally, I am Person-Centered and feel as though you are the expert of you. No one knows you like you know you! I, when applicable, utilize trauma-focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and (or) an Existential Therapeutic approach. I like therapy to feel like you are speaking to a friend. I do not care for a clinical feel and often think of myself as a modern-day therapist. This is a no-judgment zone. I value the clients I work for and offer a humanistic approach. We are eye to eye. I am not above or beneath anyone or any situation.
