For over 15 years, I have welcomed individuals, just like yourself, to openly express your pain, suffering and frustrations in the format that is most comfortable for you. I offer a gentle, yet strength and reality-based approach to my treatment. My experience includes adults, children and families in crisis, however, at this time, I work predominantly with adults and older adults. I am licensed in Rhode Island and hold a Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work. From weekly talk therapy to monthly coaching sessions I can help support your efforts towards reaching your goals of success, contentment, and over wellbeing.
Therapeutic approaches that I am comfortable using in my practice include CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused, and ACT. ACT is by far my most favorite approach. My online platform is your couch, and is available to you for as long as you need it.
