Let’s be honest: life can get messy. Relationships hit rough patches, communication stalls, and sometimes we just don’t feel like ourselves. As a Marriage and Family Therapist Associate, I help couples, individuals, and families untangle those knots and reconnect with themselves and each other. My approach is person-centered at its core-I meet you where you are, with warmth, curiosity, and respect-and I blend evidence-based methods like the Gottman Method, EFT, and Solution-Focused Therapy to support lasting change. At the heart of it all is real conversation and genuine connection because that’s where healing begins. Outside of my work with couples, I support teens and adults working through anxiety, grief, life changes, and family dynamics that are more complex than comforting. Clients often describe me as warm, collaborative -with just the right amount of humor to keep things grounded. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel seen, supported, and safe.
