Currently Accepting Coaching Clients! I offer coaching services designed to help individuals with personal growth and navigating relationship challenges. While I don’t diagnose or work with clinical issues such as anxiety or depression, I focus on: Addressing relationship issues (romantic, family, or friendships). Reconnecting with and understanding your authentic self and Challenging self-sabotaging behaviors like people-pleasing, perfectionism, and other negative patterns. Sessions are $125 for 45 minutes, and I’m happy to offer a free 15-minute consultation to discuss your needs further. As a licensed therapist turned coach, I specialize in addressing women’s issues. My coaching approach focuses on strengthening core identity, challenging perfectionism and people-pleasing behaviors, and developing effective stress management skills. I help clients challenge negative thinking and outdated belief patterns that contribute to self-sabotage. Renowned for my warm, relaxed, and comforting approach, I create a supportive environment characterized by genuine care, acceptance, and non-judgment.
