My food truck is called Drunk Food which I opened when I was 17. I am the top chef and my idea is to make somewhat gourmet junk food, like guajillo tacos and Korean fried chicken, and specialized drinks like strawberry mint lemonade. I do my best to make sure everything is environmentally friendly and bio degradable, keeping plastics to a minimum. I want my food truck to not only sell food but improve the community.
