I’m a psychotherapist committed to helping my clients discover (or rediscover) their potential to live happier and more fulfilled lives. I work with adults and adolescents experiencing trauma, mood disorders, and anxiety and help others deal with the curve balls life often throws unexpectedly. I have received evidence-based education and specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), anger management, and decreasing criminogenic thoughts and behaviors.
