Hi, I’m Dr. Jennifer McChristian, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I specialize in helping women like you navigate life’s challenges, from managing stress to rediscovering yourself in the midst of change. My approach is simple: I meet you where you are and walk alongside you as you work toward the life you deserve. In our first sessions, we’ll take time to get to know each other and focus on what’s most important to you. Together, we’ll create a plan to help you feel more confident, balanced, and in control.
