I believe that individuals possess natural, innate problem-solving abilities but may sometimes need guidance along the way. In our work together, you will take the driver’s seat, and I will walk alongside you, supporting you every step of the way. I conceptualize and practice using a trauma-informed lens, considering all aspects of an individual’s experiences and how they may influence their present. I am trained in various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). If you’re facing depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, or everyday struggles, I’m here to help. Together, we’ll explore the approaches best suited to your needs.
