With all the hardships of a global pandemic and not much else to lose, the opportunity to bring a Plant Based Down 2 Earth brand of food to the community was our saving grace.
Starting as a pop up shop, available a few days a week, to a residence at the Vegas Test Kitchen, now a brick and mortar inside Town Square Las Vegas.
