For over 10 years, Dime Store has been Detroit’s go-to for scratch-made breakfast, brunch & lunch. Located in the Chrysler House, we serve bold, chef-driven takes on brunch classics—duck bop hash, cheesesteak benny, spicy Cuban rice bowl & more—plus beer, wine & daytime cocktails from our full bar.

Long-time friends, Larry Kahn, Ann-Marie Murphy and Jeff Alexander, opened Dime Store in 2014 because they love good food and wanted to play a small role in the resurgence of their hometown of Detroit.

With the help of friend, Chef Josh Taylor, graduate of the French Culinary Institute and 20-year veteran of award-winning restaurants, they designed a daytime menu of unique and delicious, made-from-scratch brunch dishes and rotating seasonal specials.
