Maybe you’ve been thinking about therapy and are skeptical. Let me assure you that any time someone takes a step to do something different, it is going to come with some unknowns. One thing you can be certain of, in this space, you will be received with compassion, attention, and the room to breathe. Maybe others around you can see your great potential but you struggle seeing it in yourself or maybe you’ve lost your zeal in life from the everyday mundane. No matter where you land, you will be supported in accomplishing your goals. You have within you what is needed to thrive. You are the expert in your own life and we can work together to help you see that potential for yourself. On top of that, take the steps to maximize your potential. That first step of starting therapy (or even starting again) is never easy. I acknowledge the courage it takes with each person I encounter in this space. My role in this journey will be to walk with you as we outline the path you would like to take. What’s inside of you is great, let’s work together to keep that greatness front and center.
